It would be great if when a new call logs is added ( via web API in our case) that the user would be auto associated with the call log if the phone number is one the users record..
What we have to do now is 2 web API calls
1. Look up the user via the phone number
2. Create the Call log passing the Caller ID from Phone system and the user info acquired from the first web API Call
