I would be wonderful if Smarter Track provide layout like outlook where Reading ticket content shows on Right side column instead of bottom.
In current layout where ticket detail we preview on bottom or have to double click, it is not much very comprehensive prospective at GUI end.
Please consider my request if possible. Thank you
