Recently upgraded to the new version of SmarterTrack (14.x), everything is working fine, however when a Live chat is initiated, on the backend (logged in with an agent), the Live chat popup permanently refreshes.
The Live chat on the frontend (client) is fine, and until the Live chat is ended on the client side, the popup doesn't stop refreshing on the backend.
Have tested using multiple browsers but the same issue occurs (IE, Edge, Opera, Chrome, Firefox)
