The current SM licensing is completely obsolete when one can buy a hosted solution starting at 10 users which not only includes hosting, but also mail, office, archiving, anti-spam and anti-virus, active-sync and much more.
Thing is that today one can run a fully working SmarterMail Windows Server for about 20 € a month but is limited to 10 users, which brings no income to SmarterTools!
I am aware that this was talked before, but strongly advise to create new plans (25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 users) plans to avoid clients to move to MS 365 etc..
